We always work in close collaboration with our clients and always strive to provide trusted advice and support that both complements and leverages the knowledge and experience of our clients. Where applicable, we employ industry standard best practices which ensure our projects provide optimized solutions, policies and procedures that are consistent with the best in class and have a proven record of providing maximum effectiveness.
We take our fiduciary responsibilities seriously. For example, as part of our orientation program for all consultants, we encourage them to frequently ask themselves the following questions:
- “Can / should the client do this work for themselves?”
- “Is the work really benefiting the client’s business?”
- “What are we doing to help the client become self sufficient?”

We see ourselves as guests in the client’s house and recognize they know their business best. We are committed to enabling client success by helping where they see fit. With client approval, we will exit engagements if we are not adding value.
Quality Assurance Process
As part of our quality assurance process an engagement manager is assigned to each initiative at no cost to the client. This person is responsible to meet weekly with the lead consultant to review the client status report and to examine key enablers. These enablers are leading indicators of engagement success and the process of reviewing them is unique to Balardo Group. A total of 11 enablers are examined, including user involvement, executive support and clarity of requirements. Our interpretations of these enablers have evolved over the last 10 years and have proven helpful in the early identification of problems.
